Strategic Planning Support

What are the biggest challenges facing your client? How do those perspectives differ when talking to leaders, staff, clients, and other stakeholders? What brilliant ideas does each of these groups have to offer to keep your client's organization thriving in the future?

I work with strategic planning consultants to answer these questions and inform data-driven strategic plans through:

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

I work with DEI consultants across the country to gather employee and leadership perspectives on DEI. Through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, I thoughtfully collect people’s stories and experiences and craft them into actionable recommendations for leaders.

Analyzing Existing Data

Fellow consultants often ask me to analyze existing data from surveys, interviews, or focus groups they have already completed for their clients. This usually happens when the consultant is crunched for time or has limited experience with data analysis (especially qualitative!).

I am always happy to support fellow consultants with these projects, as I know how time-consuming (and sometimes frustrating!) data analysis can be. So if you find yourself in the midst of a project and realize you need an analyst, let's work together to create a plan that works for you and your client.
